To all my wonderful patients, I have felt privileged to be your doctor the past 4 years and it is with a heavy heart that I say goodbye. I will miss you and our lovely Lathom house team.
Many of you know my children are normally cared for by my fabulous parents while I work but due to covid this is no longer safe for them. I must reduce my days and hours of work as a result.
I know how well Dr Saxena will look after you all. I can't think of a better person to leave you with.
